The Student Concierge position at Bellin College serves as the front desk representative responsible for greeting students, staff, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner, whether in person or on the phone. This role is crucial to maintaining a positive first impression of the college while providing essential information and assistance. Reporting directly to the Campus Safety & Security Coordinator and collaborating with various departments, the Student Concierge plays an administrative support role by assisting with general duties such as mailing, collating materials, and facilitating campus tours for prospective students. The position demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills, as it involves regular interaction with diverse campus members and visitors. Being an actively enrolled student at Bellin College during employment is a requirement.
In addition to maintaining scheduled front desk hours, the Student Concierge must demonstrate a pleasant and upbeat personality, adhere to the college dress code, and exhibit proper telephone etiquette.
