  • technical proficiency, including audiovisual (AV) systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute events, programs, and activities within the Student Center and designated campus spaces
  • collaborate with campus partners and external clients to ensure successful event planning and delivery
  • assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site management, including troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving

  • provide hands-on support with room setups, equipment, and general facility readiness
  • deliver high-level customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external partners
  • serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and support needs
  • build and maintain positive relationships with campus partners and vendors
  • ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment within the Student Center
  • coordinate with vendors to support event needs, including logistics and service delivery
