The job is based at the Main Campus in Orem and requires flexibility with the availability of both day and evening shifts starting at 7:00 am. Candidates must be willing to work Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday shift, requiring a 4-5 hour availability gap daily.
The primary responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, stocking food items, collaborating closely with chefs, and supporting all operations to ensure food quality and timeliness. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards such as washing dishes, cleaning floors, and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and accessories. The position demands teamwork, courteous customer service, and the ability to work independently when necessary. Food preparation tasks specifically include cutting fruits and vegetables, making sandwiches, salads, and other cold food items, which are essential for daily dining service operations.
