Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to stand and/or walk for 50 percent of the time
  • occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • frequently lift up to 10 lbs
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to prepare coffee and specialty drinks
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
  • make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
  • adhere to all cash handling procedures
  • advertise merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
  • maintain an open line of communication with management informing them of products and supplies needed
  • follow the uniform dress code
  • assist fellow team members at every opportunity
