- Interest in sports management fundraising or event planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and game days as needed

Job Duties
- Assist Hurricane Club staff with general office tasks including preparing mailings organizing materials and updating records
- Support donor events by helping with set-up registration and guest services
- Assist with gameday operations including greeting donors managing hospitality areas and distributing materials
- Help maintain accurate donor and membership records through data entry and organization
- Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising campaigns and special events
- Coordinate with other Athletics staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
