The role of Student Assistant - TSE within the Chancellor’s Office at USF is a pivotal position supporting the daily operational needs and enhancing the efficiency of the office environment. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in administrative support while being part of a leading academic institution. As a Student Assistant, your responsibilities encompass a broad range of receptionist and office duties, including managing telephone calls, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, and maintaining cleanliness within the office. Afternoon duties involve reviewing shift logs, updating calendars, and preparing the office environment for the next shift. In addition to routine administrative tasks, you will engage in specialized activities such as designing and printing labels, utilizing graphic design tools like Canva to create nametags and door signs, and managing office supplies including ordering stationery. Job Requirements
