The role of a Student Analyst at ABS Kids is a pivotal position that bridges academic preparation and practical experience in the field of behavior analysis. Compensation for Student Analysts at ABS Kids is competitive, starting at $26.00 per hour based on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Additionally, the company offers a $1,000 bonus after 60 days of employment, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, paid time off accrued for every hour worked, premium pay for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a generous 401(k) plan with company match.
