As a company, ABS Kids values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a work environment where all employees are celebrated for their unique backgrounds and contributions. They are steadfast in their commitment to equal employment opportunities across numerous dimensions including race, gender, disability, and veteran status.
The role available is that of a Student Analyst, a part-time position offering a meaningful career pathway in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position is ideal for individuals who are currently pursuing or have completed advanced coursework in ABA or a related field and who are seeking hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Student Analysts at ABS Kids receive comprehensive support including assistance with coursework, hours accrual towards certification, exam preparation, and ongoing mentorship. This role uniquely blends practical experience with educational advancement, providing an excellent platform for career growth and development.

The job includes paid drive time and mileage reimbursement for those traveling to home therapy sessions, premium pay for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a cell phone stipend. Furthermore, ABS Kids offers significant benefits such as 401(k) with company match, paid time off accrued for every hour worked, a referral bonus program, free continuing education opportunities, and free CPR and safety training. The organization also emphasizes career progression through its LAUNCH program which provides milestones, bonuses, hourly wage increases, and promotion eligibility. Additionally, employees receive free financial advice, counseling support, mental health resources, and opportunities for social connection through local events.
As a Student Analyst, individuals will engage directly in life-changing work by implementing individualized behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and supporting children in acquiring important life skills. The role requires physical activity including frequent movement and working at floor level, and the ability to work independently while quickly adapting to childrens needs. Employees in this position play a vital part in fostering safe, respectful, and nurturing environments where children can thrive.
