The role of Student Analyst at ABS Kids represents a vital opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and development of children with autism. This position is designed specifically for individuals pursuing or completing their certification as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering part-time employment both onsite and in home settings. Student Analysts engage in hands-on application of behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), allowing for substantial practical experience that complements academic coursework. This unique role offers ongoing support including exam preparation, hours accrual for certification, and continuing education opportunities, creating a comprehensive learning environment for personal and professional growth.

In this capacity, the Student Analyst assists with implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting and recording data related to clients’ progress, and providing tailored one-on-one support.
