The Student Analyst role at ABS Kids is an exciting opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in behavior analysis and therapy. This part-time position is designed to provide hands-on experience working directly with children diagnosed with ASD, either in center settings or in clients’ homes. Student Analysts are supported throughout their journey with comprehensive resources such as supervision for accruing required fieldwork hours, assistance with exam preparation, and ongoing coursework support. In this role, Student Analysts implement individualized behavior plans and protocols under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They collect and meticulously record data on client behavior and progress, provide one-on-one support, and help clients develop essential life skills including motor skills, daily living routines, personal hygiene, potty training, and social-emotional abilities. ABS Kids values the passion and dedication required for this work and offers a competitive wage starting at $26.00 per hour based on experience, along with a $1,000 bonus after 60 days of employment.
