The role of Project Director at Lemartec is strategic and involves managing multiple projects across various US locations at different stages—ranging from conceptual planning to construction, and through to contract close-out. The Project Director will lead teams including senior project managers, project managers, field staff, and support personnel, while serving as the primary contact point for customers and internal stakeholders. This leadership position demands oversight of project financials, schedules, resource management, and delivery to ensure projects meet technical specifications, remain on budget, and are completed safely and on time. The Project Director plays a vital role in supporting business development activities by contributing to proposal development, pricing strategies, and preparing execution plans that expand the company’s work scope. This is a 100% travel position requiring extensive travel across various states such as Pennsylvania, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Iowa, and Wyoming, among others, as the company expands its footprint nationally. The Project Director will have autonomy in strategic management, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong leadership is essential for mentoring staff, driving continuous improvement, overseeing project documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
