This opportunity is for a Strategy Deployment Lead position within ASML’s Operational Excellence and Quality team, specifically supporting the San Diego and Korea factories. Reporting directly to the Head of Operational Excellence & Quality, this role is instrumental in translating senior leadership priorities into actionable factory goals, deploying Hoshin Kanri strategy effectively throughout the organization from the leadership team down to the shopfloor. The role demands a proactive leader who can drive strategic alignment, facilitate structured problem solving, and spearhead transformational initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

The Strategy Deployment Lead is responsible for leading the annual strategy deployment cycle, guiding factory leadership in setting clear KPIs and critical initiatives, and ensuring accountability through regular operating reviews and follow-ups. This role also involves coaching leaders to adopt system-level thinking and improve performance management practices that connect strategy to execution. Candidates who thrive in ambiguous environments and possess strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on leadership skills will excel in this position. The role is based onsite in San Diego, California, requiring full-time presence five days a week to work closely with factory leaders and cross-functional teams.
