Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth operations
- proven ability to develop scalable, repeatable frameworks
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in working with product and engineering teams
- strong data analysis skills
- experience managing operational risks
- willingness to travel up to 20%
- ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
Job Qualifications

- comfort working with product and engineering teams on technical tool and data visualization requirements

- experience in risk management in public-facing operations
Job Duties
- own the Venue Playbook: create the end-to-end global framework for identifying, engaging, and launching operations at venues
- manage new market launch readiness including venue planning timelines and cross-functional alignment
- oversee venue metrics by defining and monitoring KPIs and managing issue reporting and mitigation
- serve as the operational leader for critical and high-priority venues to ensure seamless execution
- lead airport operational plans and partnerships, monitoring key metrics and enabling execution within regions
- drive cross-functional improvements by identifying gaps and partnering with various teams to build scalable processes and tooling
- report on market health and partner with engineering and product teams to optimize user experiences at top locations
