The role demands strong leadership across multiple functions to improve processes and technology. The manager identifies gaps in current operations, partnering with regional operations, marketing, business development, policy, product, and engineering teams to build scalable and innovative solutions. Candidates for this position must demonstrate mastery in developing repeatable, documented frameworks derived from manual processes, and exhibit strategic communication skills that cater to executives and vendor teams alike.

Candidates should be comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements for internal tools and data visualization, enabling data-driven operational improvements. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, and brings a minimum of six years’ experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a high-growth operational environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience managing logistics or operations at major venues such as airports, concert venues, or universities, and expertise in autonomous vehicles, mobility technology, urban planning, or transportation.
