The company’s strategic approach is centered on combining operational excellence with transformation and innovation to enhance both shipboard and shoreside functions.
The role of Specialist, Strategic Projects is a vital part of the Strategy & Analytics organization at Princess Cruises, located in the Doral office. The Specialist will play a pivotal role in coordinating project milestones, facilitating alignment among diverse teams, and ensuring that project objectives are met on schedule. By conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, the Specialist will provide insights that shape project direction and evaluate impact effectively. Responsibilities also include preparing comprehensive project documentation, such as business cases, implementation plans, and progress reports, which are critical for leadership reviews and decision-making.
This hybrid position requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments and demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills. The Specialist will not only contribute to high-impact projects but also champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. By supporting process improvement initiatives and encouraging experimentation, the role actively helps drive Princess Cruises’ strategic evolution.
With a well-rounded mix of analytical rigor, project management expertise, and collaborative spirit, the Specialist, Strategic Projects is essential for achieving Princess Cruises’ mission of delivering world-class guest experiences while advancing operational excellence. For candidates passionate about the cruise and travel industries, this opportunity offers a chance to be part of a globally recognized leader with a deep commitment to environmental responsibility, safety, and corporate values that prioritize the wellbeing of guests, employees, and the communities the company serves.
