Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals
- ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- willingness to travel as needed
- strong knowledge of computer networking LAN and WAN technologies
- proficiency in English verbal and written communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals
- read write speak and understand English
- demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- strong understanding of computer networking LAN and WAN technologies high-capacity and fiber-connected networks
- proven product and technical knowledge
- effective relationship building networking negotiation and closing skills
- quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth
- valid driver’s license safe driving record and willingness to travel as needed
- bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education training and experience preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals selling data voice and video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry preferred
- in-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas through strategic account management and consultative sales
- conduct proactive needs analyses and execute account strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- monitor assigned accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities and improve service levels
- present tailored proposals and facilitate sales presentations to address client business challenges
- broaden Spectrum Business’s reach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts
- qualify new leads, coordinate site surveys and submit return on investment analyses to sales management
- maintain accurate sales databases to track client information and sales activities
- collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
- attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay informed on market trends
- ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success
