The Corporate Events Coordinator role based in Detroit plays a critical role in the success of Ilitch Charities' events. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a full range of corporate meetings and events that align with company objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure every detail of the event is meticulously managed. The job involves tasks such as venue selection, coordination of logistics, managing budgets, scheduling, and overseeing on-site event operations. The ideal candidate for this role brings over two years of experience in event planning, along with exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
