Additional pay opportunities include overtime, retention bonuses, and performance-based components related to mileage, stops, and cases delivered.

Drivers at US Foods are expected to operate trucks safely, efficiently unloading products using equipment such as two-wheelers and pallet jacks, and verifying the accuracy of deliveries with customer signatures. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting and carrying loads between 20 to 80 pounds repetitively, and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops throughout the shift. Drivers must adhere to all pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
