Job Duties
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with the store's goals and brand image
- Oversee all aspects of event planning including concept development, logistics, sourcing vendor partnerships, staffing, execution, and administrative duties
- Manage event budgets, schedules, materials, and vendor contracts effectively
- Collaborate with store management and key partners to determine event sales goals and integrate events into daily functions
- Leverage clienteling tools and local influencer partnerships to promote events
- Analyze event performance and provide reports with recommendations
- Identify market opportunities to enhance outreach and drive sales traffic
- Support event execution by setting up products and point of sale equipment while following compliance procedures
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships
