Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- basic math proficiency
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude
- verbal English communication skills
- must be ServSafe certified
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work weekends and holidays
- able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- high school diploma or higher
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- basic math skills and attention to detail
- must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- available to work at least 35 hours a week
- open weekend and holiday availability
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful and above and beyond assistance
- process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- maintain a clean and organized storefront area
- handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- answer customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner
- follow company policies and procedures at all times
- follow detailed instructions in making smoothie, coffee and tea drinks
