Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills
  • good physical stamina to stand for extended periods

  • ability to work as part of a team
  • no prior experience required but a plus

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • basic knowledge of sports and outdoor equipment is advantageous
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
  • maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • participate in inventory management and merchandising activities
  • ensure compliance with asset protection policies
  • collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
  • provide knowledgeable advice on sports and outdoor products
