Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic math and inventory management skills
Compliance with health and safety regulations
Ability to engage and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 20 pounds, assist others lifting up to 40 pounds
Must be 18 years of age or older, supervisors must be 21 or older for certain tasks as required by Virginia state law

Job Duties

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
Serve quality food and beverages made to exact specifications safely, quickly, and friendly
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks effectively
Monitor inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available
Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, and dining areas
