This individual is responsible for overseeing employee scheduling, ensuring compliance with California labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks, and managing transactions with accuracy and accountability. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining effective communication channels with the Japanese head office to relay daily reports and ensure alignment with corporate expectations. This communication is crucial for addressing any operational challenges and enhancing the pop-up store's overall success.

Tasked with monitoring customer interactions, the Store Supervisor must handle any issues related to complaints, returns, exchanges, voids, or discounts in line with store policies, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Additionally, the Store Supervisor manages inventory accuracy, product presentation, safety protocols, and store readiness, including the completion of opening and closing checklists.
