Your duties will include unloading trucks, organizing merchandise both on the sales floor and in the backroom, fulfilling club pick-up orders, and assisting members with locating products or answering questions. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • unload trucks promptly and efficiently
  • sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
  • fulfill club pick-up orders and ensure proper staging
  • maintain clean, neat, and member-ready areas
  • engage positively with vendors and drivers
  • monitor product quality including rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards
  • conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations
  • follow company policies for merchandising, signage, pricing, and handling hazardous materials
  • collaborate with team members and management to meet priorities and deadlines
