Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift boxes and objects weighing more than 25 pounds
- able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- compliance with company drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience preferred
- ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environments
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to lift and move heavy items over 25 pounds
- basic knowledge of safety protocols and merchandise handling
Job Duties
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise and resolve member concerns
- maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- stock, arrange, and organize merchandise on sales floor and backroom
- set up, clean, and organize product displays
- remove damaged goods and sign merchandise according to company policies
- monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation and sanitation standards
- fill club pick-up orders accurately and stage products for member collection
- engage positively with vendors and drivers
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
