Job Duties
- Assist professional drivers who use the Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and fuel island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions
- Follow proper customer service sequence as outlined in the operation manuals
- Prioritize work according to customer and management needs
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
- Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
