The Stone House Coffee Shots Barista Supervisor role is a dynamic and leadership-focused position within Town Pump, tailored for an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer service environment. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily operations of the Stone House Coffee Shots counters, ensuring that standards related to sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and general operations are consistently met and exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in motivating, training, scheduling, and supervising the barista staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Your primary duties will include managing customer orders for a variety of coffee beverages such as espressos, lattes, frappes, and other coffee combinations, all while following established recipes and quality control processes. You will also be responsible for operating computerized cash registers, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining well-stocked shelves and supply areas. Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers is another key aspect of your role, including the upkeep of seating areas, restrooms, deli sections, and exterior spaces. Safety and security are paramount, and you will be trained to use fire extinguishers and other safety equipment while being vigilant to detect and address shoplifting or other security concerns.

The ability to build strong customer relationships by suggesting products and assisting with merchandise location will contribute directly to the store's success. Additionally, you will complete shift paperwork thoroughly, manage vendor check-in procedures, resolve customer complaints, and effectively communicate with the store manager regarding any issues that may impact store performance. You will also be responsible for answering and screening telephone calls professionally, maintaining a pleasant and efficient customer service atmosphere.
