Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full-time hours often exceeding 40 per week
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to coach and develop team members with maturity
