Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week when required
  • commitment to creating a positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality in a sales focused environment

  • ability to coach and develop team members with professional maturity
