Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum five years of retail supervisory or management experience
- at least two years as a store manager or equivalent role
- ability to recruit, hire, and develop retail staff
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- capability to analyze sales and business trends
- demonstrate knowledge of visual merchandising standards
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legally authorized to work in the country
- age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- High school required
- some college or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 18 years old or older
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail preferred with at least 2 years in a store manager position
- proven ability to recruit, select, develop, retain full store team and hold individuals accountable for performance
- proven ability to foster team commitment and create a positive, inclusive work environment
- demonstrated ability to function as a role model prioritizing the customer
- demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on store activities
- knowledge of visual standards and techniques and ability to implement them
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expenses
- proven ability to deliver sales results
- ability to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Understand, model, and ensure associate commitment to brand culture, policies, and procedures and hold associates accountable for their actions
- recruit, attract, select, hire, retain, and develop talent proactively filling positions and creating succession plans
- partner with design and merchandising leaders through the product life cycle process and seasonal development
