The role we are offering is that of a Coffeehouse Leader. This position goes beyond managing day-to-day store operations; it involves leading a passionate team to create a space that feels like a community hub. The Coffeehouse Leader is responsible for ensuring every customer experiences not just great coffee but also a sense of connection and joy during their visit. Ideal candidates will have substantial retail or customer service management experience, or qualified military service, along with a passion for fostering relationships and leading teams in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.   • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years us military service
