The ideal candidate will have at least three years of retail or customer service management experience, or alternatively, four or more years of US Military service, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED and show a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere in the coffeehouse. The role demands flexibility in work hours, often requiring more than 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
