Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
  • Proven leadership capability with ability to coach and mentor professionally

  • Lead and manage daily store operations ensuring excellent customer service
  • Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth
  • Oversee sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain store standards including product quality, cleanliness, and safety
