The role offered is full-time retail management, positioned to lead and inspire teams within Pacsun stores. The store manager will prioritize and delegate tasks to meet sales goals and operational demands effectively. This includes maintaining a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience and supports a safe workplace. An essential aspect of the role involves understanding and utilizing key business reports and payroll tools to drive sales performance and effectively manage expenses. The role expects proactive communication, both upward to district or market managers and within the store team, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibility for executing digital sales strategies such as ship-from-store and buy online, pickup in store (BOPIS), reflecting Pacsun’s commitment to integrating e-commerce innovation with traditional retail.
Physical demands are considerable in this position, requiring the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and moving throughout diverse store areas. Job Requirements
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to interpret all policies and procedures to resolve customer and associate issues
- Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
- Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results
- Minimum of two years of retail management experience required

Job Duties
