Job Requirements

  • legal documentation to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • retail or customer service management experience
  • military service experience is a plus
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities

  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

  • lead and manage a retail coffeehouse team
  • create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • coach and mentor team members to achieve professional growth
  • maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service
  • drive sales and business performance
  • handle operational tasks including scheduling and inventory management
  • foster a positive community atmosphere within the store
