This position is for a coffeehouse leader who plays a pivotal role in running a vibrant Starbucks store. The leader is responsible for guiding a team that delivers rich, memorable experiences for our guests by embodying craft and heart in every interaction. Beyond managing business operations, the role focuses on creating an environment where the community feels welcome and valued. Candidates with three years of retail or customer service management experience or four-plus years of U.S. military service are especially encouraged to apply.
