This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding leadership in a retail and customer-focused environment, specifically within the coffeehouse context. Starbucks invests in its partners' growth journeys, offering rich developmental opportunities as well as industry-leading benefits that foster long-term career advancement. The role demands full-time commitment, including working variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Given the company's dedication to inclusiveness and diversity, Starbucks encourages applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds including military service veterans, retail management professionals, and those with a strong passion for customer excellence.
In this position, you will not only deliver on operational targets but also serve as a key ambassador for the Starbucks brand, driving connection through meaningful moments and exceptional coffee. Starbucks partners benefit from a supportive environment with access to extensive compensation and benefits packages that include health insurance, retirement plans, educational assistance, and paid time off. The company’s emphasis on equity and inclusion guarantees equal employment opportunities and accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Joining Starbucks means you will connect with something much bigger — a global community focused on enriching lives through coffee and shared experiences.
