Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales-focused environment
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor team partners

- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards

- Oversee inventory management and maintain operational compliance
- Resolve issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills
