Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding Starbucks’ values and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor team partners

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of coffeehouse partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
  • Drive sales initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and employees
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain operational compliance
  • Resolve issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align with company goals
