Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized leader in the coffeehouse industry, dedicated to crafting the world's finest coffee and fostering meaningful connections through each cup. Founded with a vision to create a warm and welcoming environment, Starbucks has grown into a community hub where people come together to share moments of joy and connection. As a company, Starbucks not only values quality coffee but also puts an emphasis on community engagement, environmental stewardship, and creating a positive workplace culture. This commitment extends to their partners (employees), whom they invest in wholeheartedly, providing industry-leading benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This opportunity is for a Coffeehouse Leader position at Starbucks, a role pivotal to the company's mission of creating an inviting and engaging coffeehouse experience. A Coffeehouse Leader is much more than a manager; they are the heart and soul of the store, responsible for leading a team that crafts memorable customer experiences and cultivates a space where community members feel valued and comfortable. With a focus on leadership, operational excellence, and customer connection, the leader's role involves guiding their team with professionalism and care, fostering a spirit of collaboration and high performance.

The role is designed for individuals with a strong background in retail or customer service management or those with significant military service experience who bring leadership skills, organizational abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Starbucks values leaders who can mentor their team members, inspire with professional maturity, and drive sales in a dynamic environment. The position offers a full-time employment opportunity with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starbucks invests deeply in its partners' growth journey, emphasizing developmental experiences that empower leaders to elevate their careers while nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Alongside competitive compensation, partners receive comprehensive benefits that support their health, well-being, and education. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, sick leave, paid vacation starting from the date of hire, and multiple financial wellness programs such as a 401(k) plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, and tuition coverage for a bachelor's degree.

As a Coffeehouse Leader at Starbucks, you'll have an incredible opportunity to shape the customer experience, lead a diverse and talented team, and participate in a company culture that champions equity, growth, and community impact. With Starbucks' commitment to equal opportunity employment and reasonable accommodations, this role welcomes and supports applicants from all backgrounds and abilities. Join Starbucks and be part of a storied company that connects with something bigger every day—delivering not just coffee but connection, quality, and value in every cup.
