Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work regularly more than 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
- professional maturity and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- lead and mentor the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards
- manage inventory, sales goals, and financial performance
- develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experiences
- foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
