Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to work over 40 hours per week regularly
- Commitment to uphold company values and standards
- Availability to work a variable schedule
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales environment experience
- Ability to coach and mentor effectively
- Professional maturity and organizational skills

- Lead and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- Manage daily store operations ensuring quality and service standards
