- Minimum age of 21 years
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand and walk for over 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with climbing ladders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

- Manage shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control processes
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff
- Coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
