The role in focus is that of a Store Manager who has overall responsibility for the full operation of the retail store. This means handling physical tasks such as standing or walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds. Given these demands, the Store Manager must have a flexible schedule and be at least 21 years old. Prior experience managing retail environments is crucial, reinforcing the need for demonstrated skills in retail operations, team leadership, and inventory control.
