The Store Manager plays a crucial leadership role within our seasonal retail stores. This position is responsible for managing the total operation of the store, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently to meet organizational goals. The Store Manager oversees guest services, expense control, staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory management, and overall store setup and teardown. They are held accountable for the shrinkage levels of the store and are instrumental in driving sales and profitability by motivating their team and implementing company policies effectively.

This role requires a strong leader with prior retail management experience who is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. The Store Manager must be prepared to stand and walk for eight or more hours a day, climb ladders, and lift or move weights up to 50 pounds as part of store setup and maintenance requirements. The position demands a flexible schedule to accommodate the seasonal nature of the business. Additionally, the Store Manager must be at least 21 years old to meet company policy. Our compensation structure includes an hourly rate ranging from $20.50 to $20.75, dependent on qualifications and experience, supplemented by various benefits including Arizona Paid Sick Time, year-end bonuses, and premium pay programs for tear-down and retention.
