Job Duties
- oversee total store operations including sales and profitability

- control store expenses effectively
- supervise shrinkage and inventory control measures
- oversee merchandising to maintain attractive product displays
- manage staffing including hiring, training, and scheduling
- coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
