Staffing responsibilities include recruitment, scheduling, training, and supervising store team members to promote a productive and customer-centric work environment. The role is physically demanding, requiring prolonged periods of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up store fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is a mandatory prerequisite for this role, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule. The minimum age requirement for applicants is 21 years.
