Job Requirements

- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to stand and walk for over 8 hours daily
- Capability to climb ladders and move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience
- Commitment to maintaining high Guest Service standards
- Physical fitness to handle store setup and teardown tasks
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandising effectively
- Experience controlling shrink and expenses
- Knowledge of staffing and team management
- Familiarity with physical demands of seasonal store setup and teardown
Job Duties
- Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Establish and maintain excellent Guest Services
- Control and manage store expenses
- Ensure inventory control and reduce shrink
- Manage merchandising and store layout
- Hire, train, and manage store staff
- Handle setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
