We are currently seeking a Store Manager responsible for overseeing the total operation of a seasonal retail store. This role involves driving maximum sales and profitability by ensuring outstanding guest services, controlling expenses, and managing all aspects of store operations including shrink control, merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, staffing, and the setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. The Store Manager will play a vital role in creating a dynamic retail environment that encourages teamwork, drives sales growth, and maintains operational efficiency. This position requires physical stamina as it involves prolonged standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. The work schedule requires flexibility to meet the demands of the retail season. Prior retail management experience is essential to succeed in this fast-paced, hands-on role. Compensation for this position ranges hourly from $21.90 to $22.15, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include California Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program, all contingent on meeting the program qualifications.
