The Store Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the total operation of a seasonal store. This role demands leadership and management skills to oversee store activities including staffing, inventory control, merchandising, and financial performance. The manager ensures that every element of the store’s operation is executed smoothly—from setup to teardown—while maintaining a keen focus on guest service and robust sales outcomes. This role requires hands-on involvement, including managing the physical setup and pack-up of the store, handling inventory, and directing a staff team effectively. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of managing shrinkage, controlling expenses, and motivating their team to meet profitability targets. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand or walk for over eight hours, climb ladders, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. The flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate the setup and teardown phases of the store, as well as daily operational needs.

This full-time hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.50 to $20.75 per hour, dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. We also provide valuable incentives including a year-end bonus, a premium pay program for teardown periods, and a retention pay program to reward loyal staff members. All bonuses and pay programs require the candidate to meet specific qualifications, which reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and dedication.
