The Store Manager position is critical within our organization, as it oversees the entire store operation from start to finish. The Store Manager is directly responsible for controlling expenses and managing all aspects of merchandising, inventory control, and shrink reduction. As the leader on site, this position manages all staffing needs, from recruitment to scheduling, and oversees the setup, pack-up, and teardown phases of the store's seasonal operation. The role demands a highly flexible schedule and the physical capability to endure 8 or more hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and come with prior experience in retail management.
