Job Duties
- oversee total store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- establish and maintain guest services
- control expenses and manage store budget
- be responsible for shrink, merchandising, and inventory control
- manage staffing, including hiring and scheduling
- coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
- ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
