Job Duties
- Oversee the total operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- establish and maintain high levels of guest services
- control and manage expenses effectively
- monitor and reduce shrink and prevent inventory loss
- manage merchandising and inventory control
- handle staffing responsibilities including hiring, training, and scheduling
- coordinate setup, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store
