Job Duties
- Oversee total operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability

- Address shrinkage and implement inventory control measures
- Manage merchandising and maintain attractive product displays
- Handle staffing requirements including scheduling and training
- Coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
